I firmly believe that in order to achieve balance and to feel great
each person must find a way of managing and dealing with the things
in life that poison our bodies. These things can be the daily stress
of our jobs, traffic, school, struggles with family, our diet, etc.
We all have these stressors but not everyone has been taught to
effectively manage them. You can add a 10 minute to 1 hour session
of any of the above additional services and reap the benefits of
further relaxation. I will teach you techniques that you can use
on your own for added value and help you take control of the quality
of your life.
